Our original hot sauce, Big Daddy's Ass Burn is a nice combination of heat and flavor derived from the Thai and chili de arbol peppers along with locally brewed St. Arnold Lawnmower Beer, as are all our sauces. This sauce won First Place in the Red Sauce category at the 2006 Houston Hot Sauce Festival.
